Job Description:The Head of Paid Media is a senior role responsible for guiding the direction of paid media activities across client portfolios. This position oversees strategic approaches, ensures operational consistency, and maintains strong performance standards across digital channels.  Key Responsibilities:Establish a comprehensive paid media strategy that outlines channel roles, investment principles, and performance expectations.Lead the planning and oversight of paid search, paid social, programmatic, video, and emerging media platforms.Develop frameworks for optimisation, measurement, and continuous improvement across campaigns.Review performance outputs, identify improvement opportunities, and guide teams toward strategic adjustments.Ensure all paid media activities align with brand goals and integrate effectively with creative, analytics, and planning departments.Maintain high-quality communication with clients and internal stakeholders, providing clear rationale behind recommendations.Provide leadership, coaching, and support to paid media specialists and cross-functional teams.Requirements & Skills:To be successful in this role, you should have 8+ years of experience working in paid media management, digital advertising, or media leadership positions. You must possess a deep understanding of major platforms (Google, Meta, programmatic DSPs, YouTube, TikTok, etc.). Additionally, you should have strong analytical capabilities, proven experience interpreting performance data, and demonstrated success leading teams within agencies or large marketing organizations.
