Job Description – We are looking for a professional proficient in Performance Marketing and social media for Shakti Group of companies Brands.


Qualifications:

  • MBA in Digital Marketing preferred-MICA /Tier I institutions
  • Creative and design Thinker
  • More than 8-12 years of experience in Digital Marketing domain.
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Preference to candidate who has worked on e-commerce platform
  • Proficiency in Performance Marketing and Social Media Management
  • Good communication and creative design thinking.
  • Must be able to strategies and lead a marketing team


Skills:

  • The person should be well-equipped in planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising.
  • Researching, strategizing with other professionals and creating content for successful campaigns
  • Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising
  • Maintaining our aggressive social media presence across all digital channels
  • Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns
  • Utilise strong analytic ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Instrument conversion points and optimise user funnels
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
