Job Description:We are seeking a talented Network Diploma Engineer Trainee to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless network operations.Key Responsibilities:Customer Service: Handle customer calls and provide resolution in coordination with Level 2 engineers.Network Monitoring: Monitor network and service touch points of assigned work area in the Network Operations Center (NOC).Performance Analysis: Monitor dashboards and performance Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.Alert Management: Raise alerts within the team for threshold crossing alerts.Troubleshooting: Address basic Level 1 issues related to Trouble Ticket (TT) alerts.Collaboration: Coordinate with the Circle team for fiber, utility, and other issues.Quality Assurance: Ensure customer problems are resolved as per Turnaround Time (TAT) and Service Level Agreement (SLA).Data Analysis: Carry out Management Information System (MIS) reporting and analysis for trouble shooting and NOC operations development.
