Responsibilities Lead Testing Commissioning activities for all telecom systems including Radio TETRA LTE PIS PAS CCTV ACIDS SCADA Networking and UTO interfaces Oversee system integration with signaling rolling stock and control centers Manage FAT SAT SIT and interface testing with vendors and contractors Review system architecture technical specifications and as-built documentation for compliance with project standards Coordinate with OEM vendors contractors and client teams for seamless project delivery Ensure compliance with international safety and quality standards EN50126 8 9 IEC IEEE Provide technical support for tendering vendor selection and project documentation Deliver training and knowledge transfer to client and O M teams Requirements Skills Competencies Strong knowledge of metro telecom architecture and UTO operations Expertise in installation testing commissioning and system integration for PAS PIDS CCTV SCADA Networking and TETRA Radio Systems Hands-on experience with IPT PAT SAT SIT and telecom interface management Proficiency in MS Project ProjectWise Primavera or similar project management tools Strong leadership communication and stakeholder management abilities Experience in tendering processes scope development and contract documentation Familiarity with statutory clearances e g WPC and payment processes IPA IPC
