**We're Hiring: RF Network Technician**

**Responsibilities**:

- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot RF wireless network infrastructure.
- Perform tower climbing for antenna and microwave equipment setup.
- Conduct RF site surveys, link planning, and signal testing.
- Collaborate with network engineers on integration and upgrades.
- Ensure safety and quality compliance at all times.

**Skills Required**:

- Experience with microwave radios, RF spectrum analysis, and wireless networking.
- Familiarity with tools like GPS, spectrum analyzer, and link planners.
- Ability to climb towers and work at heights.
- Strong understanding of wireless protocols (Wi-Fi, PTP, PTMP, LTE, etc.).
- Must be able to travel to field locations as needed.

**Eligibility**:

- 2+ years in RF networking fieldwork.
- Diploma/BE in ECE, Telecommunication, or related field.
- Physically fit for tower climbing duties.
