Business Development DirectorWe're seeking a highly motivated Business Development Director to drive our growth by identifying new business opportunities and establishing strong client relationships.Main Responsibilities:Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to drive revenue growth in the IT staffing industry.Identify potential clients and market segments, conduct market research, and analyze industry trends to stay ahead of the competition.Collaborate with the executive team to define sales targets, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the company.Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through industry knowledge, networks, and cold calling techniques.Build a robust pipeline of prospective clients through lead generation activities, including attending industry events and conferences.Conduct effective sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to secure new client accounts.Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers and hiring managers within client organizations.Requirements:5 years of experience in business development and sales within the IT staffing industry.Track record of signing new clients and generated Sales and Business Revenue.In-depth knowledge of the IT and non-IT staffing market, including current trends, technologies, and industry players.Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.Exceptional negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on building long-term, mutually beneficial relationships.Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite.
