Job Title:Business Development Manager (US Staffing Operations)Location: Hyderabad, India / Remote (US Operations + US work business hours)About the RoleWe are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to lead our US staffing operations from India. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional with expertise in building and growing US staffing businesses.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of establishing client relationships, onboarding new clients quickly, and driving business growth. They should be skilled at communication, industry knowledge, and independent decision-making.This role requires developing and executing business development strategies, identifying new opportunities, and closing deals. You will also manage and expand existing client relationships, work closely with the recruiting team, and track market trends to inform business decisions.We value entrepreneurial thinking, high motivation, and strong work ethic in our candidates. If you have experience in business development, sales, or recruitment, and are passionate about scaling US staffing operations, we would like to hear from you.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute business development strategies for US staffing services.Bring 3–4 new direct clients or Tier 1 vendors to the organization within the initial months.Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities across various industries.Manage and expand relationships with existing clients to increase business volume.Work closely with the recruiting team to ensure successful delivery for new and existing clients.Track market trends, competitor activities, and client requirements to shape business growth.Prepare proposals, presentations, and contracts as part of the end-to-end sales cycle.Maintain strong communication with leadership and regularly report progress.Requirements8 - 10+ years of Business Development experience in US Staffing.Proven track record of bringing in new clients and generating revenue.Existing industry contacts with direct clients, MSPs, or Tier 1 vendors.Strong understanding of the US staffing market, recruitment cycle, rate negotiations, and compliance.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary, flexible working arrangement (Hyderabad office or Remote), direct access to leadership and decision-makers, and opportunities for growth and development.
