The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and effective relationship-building abilities.Key Responsibilities:Manage inbound and outbound interactions related to client relations.Guide clients and stakeholders on program selection, partnership process, eligibility criteria, and career opportunities.Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects to nurture interest and convert them into partnerships.Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, and partnerships in CRM or Excel.Represent the institution at industry events, client visits, and partnership-building activities to generate leads. Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly partnership targets.Qualifications:Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (Business Administration or Education background preferred).1-3 years in client relations, partnerships, or sales. Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.Ability to engage with clients and stakeholders and convince them effectively.Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.Self-motivated and target-driven with a proactive approach.
