Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Assist in developing and executing influencer marketing strategies to boost brand visibility, engagement, and sales.

Identify and research relevant influencers across platforms based on brand goals and target demographics.

Support the outreach, onboarding, and management of influencer partnerships, ensuring clear communication and timely deliverables.

Coordinate campaign briefs, content timelines, and approvals with both influencers and internal teams.

Help negotiate influencer contracts, manage deliverables, and ensure compliance with brand guidelines and regulations.

Track, monitor, and report on influencer campaign performance using analytics tools, providing insights for optimization.

Stay updated on trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in influencer and digital marketing.

Maintain an organized database of influencer contacts and nurture relationships for future collaborations.

Support styling and sourcing requests related to influencer content shoots or brand partnerships.

Collaborate with social media, brand, and legal teams to ensure cohesive messaging and compliance.

Required Skills:

2–3 years of experience in influencer marketing or social media roles.

Strong knowledge of influencer trends, platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.), and engagement tactics.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Proficiency in using influencer platforms and social media analytics tools.

Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with influencers and internal stakeholders.

Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and digital content.

Basic negotiation and contract handling skills.

Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and social media management tools
