The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of experts who work tirelessly to resolve Non-Delivery Reports (NDRs), thereby maximizing delivery success rates and reducing the number of undelivered shipments.Responsibilities:Team Leadership: The chosen candidate will lead a high-performing team, guiding them to achieve exceptional results in NDR resolution, daily operations management, and coordination with courier partners.Courier Partnerships: Developing and maintaining strong relationships with multiple courier partners is crucial in this role. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless communication, efficient issue resolution, and effective tracking of shipment progress.Productivity Monitoring: Regular monitoring of team productivity, caller performance, and workflow efficiency is essential to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures.Aging Shipments: The candidate will be responsible for tracking aging shipments, pushing for maximum successful deliveries within 72 hours, and implementing strategies to minimize delivery attempts and reattempts.Requirements:Strong Team Handling Skills: The ability to motivate, guide, and manage a team to achieve outstanding results is critical in this role.Courier Partner Coordination: Excellent communication and negotiation skills are required to effectively coordinate with courier partners, ensuring fast resolution of issues and timely delivery of shipments.Operational Efficiency: A proven track record of improving operational efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing revenue protection is essential.Leadership Qualities: Strong leadership qualities, including decision-making, problem-solving, and adaptability, are necessary to drive team performance and achieve business objectives.Benefits:This role offers an excellent opportunity for career growth and development, along with a competitive compensation package and comprehensive benefits.
