We are seeking a Global Lead for Microsoft Partner to oversee the orchestration and management of our strategic alliance with Microsoft. This role is responsible for administering the Microsoft Partner Center, which includes access management, commercial marketplace solution management, lead tracking, and revenue recognition.Key ResponsibilitiesOwning Partner Program orchestration and management in relation to its strategic Alliance with Microsoft.Managing access rights, commercial marketplace listings, and lead flow routing within the Microsoft Partner Center.Analyzing trends, pipeline velocity, co-sell accept/convert rates, win rates, incentives leakage/disputes, and other metrics to inform leadership decisions.To be successful in this role, you will need strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and partnership building abilities. You should have experience working with Microsoft products and services, as well as knowledge of market-facing integration, reporting/analytics enablement, program knowledge ownership, enablement/up-skilling, analysis/business insights, and process excellence.The ideal candidate will possess a strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills. You should be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and finance. Additionally, you should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing priorities.
