Job Title: Head of PartnershipsWe are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our demand-side B2B partnerships globally. As the Head of Partnerships, you will define and execute our global demand-side B2B partnership strategy aligned with company growth.Main Responsibilities:Develop a global demand-side B2B partnership strategy that aligns with our business objectives.Identify, prioritize, and onboard high-value partners across education consultancies, universities, agents, and finance providers.Lead partner sourcing, negotiation, contracting, and onboarding. Build frameworks for partner engagement, incentives, and co-marketing campaigns.Serve as the primary contact for strategic partners, building long-term, mutually beneficial relationships. Provide partner training, enablement resources, and SOPs for effective student referral.Define KPIs, track performance, provide insights, and refine partnership strategies. Report to leadership on partner performance and ROI.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.7–12 years of experience in strategic partnerships / business development / channel management (B2B)Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.Proven track record of acquiring and scaling high-value B2B partnerships.Analytical mindset with ability to drive data-informed decisions.
