Building strong relationships with industry partners is crucial to ensure the curriculum remains relevant and to enhance student employability through internships, projects, and placements.To be successful in this role, the Director must have a proven track record in leadership, curriculum development, faculty management, and fostering relationships with industry partners. A Ph.D. in Management or related fields is preferred, but an MBA/PGDM with substantial experience in academic administration will be considered.The Director will work closely with the admissions team to develop recruitment strategies, improve student enrollment, and maintain high admission standards.
