The internship provides strong learning opportunities and the potential for a full-time role based on performance.We're looking for a detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Talent Acquisition and HR Operations Intern. As an intern, you will be responsible for:Source, screen, and shortlist candidates across multiple sectors.Coordinate interviews, assessments, and candidate communication.Manage hiring trackers.Support end-to-end recruitment processes to ensure smooth delivery for clients.Assist in building candidate pipelines for recurring roles.Additionally, you will support the development and documentation of HR policies and processes, assist in creating HR frameworks and structures, contribute to onboarding processes, and help plan employee engagement activities.Responsibilities:Hiring and Recruitment:Source, screen, and shortlist candidates.Coordinate interviews, assessments, and candidate communication.Manage hiring trackers.HR Operations & Project Management:Support the development and documentation of HR policies and processes.Assist in creating HR frameworks and structures.Contribute to onboarding processes.Help plan employee engagement activities.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.What We Offer:Hands-on experience in hiring, HR operations, and policy development.Opportunities for professional growth and development.A dynamic and collaborative work environment.
