Lead Talent Acquisition StrategistWe are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead to spearhead our recruitment efforts.As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent across engineering, research, product, and GTM roles.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in talent acquisition, with experience operating as a primary or sole recruiter/TA lead for a business unit or startup.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment plans to meet business objectives.Manage full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, outreach, screening, scheduling, offers, and onboarding.Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, founders, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless recruitment processes.Implement and manage ATS, scorecards, and basic recruitment analytics (time-to-hire, offer accept rate, funnel conversion).Collaborate with the finance and legal teams to establish and document basic HR processes for new hires.Requirements:7–12+ years of talent acquisition experience in fast-growing tech or SaaS companies, including hiring for senior engineering and GTM roles.Organized, data-driven approach to recruitment and process improvement.Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.Ideal Candidate:Highly motivated and results-driven individuals from high-growth tech or SaaS (Series A–C), media/production houses, or creative agencies with strong in-house TA functions or similar industry background.
