AVP – Enterprise Sales Company Name: Cyfuture India Pvt. Ltd. (CMMI Level-5, Cloud & AI Organization) Industry: IT Services, Cloud, and AI Solutions Location: Mumbai (with travel to client locations and Dubai office as required) Company Website: Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the Enterprise Sales Team to achieve organizational revenue targets and business growth objectives. Identify and develop new enterprise business opportunities across sectors, including Cloud, Data Center, and AI-driven solutions. Define and execute go-to-market strategies for enterprise clients globally. Drive lead generation, strategic partnerships, and key account expansion initiatives. Create and deliver compelling sales pitches, proposals, and RFP responses tailored to client needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams — including marketing, product, and technology — to align business strategies and client solutions. Lead high-value negotiations and manage C-level client relationships with enterprise customers. Provide strategic direction and mentorship to the enterprise sales team to ensure continuous performance improvement. Work closely with leadership to expand business in international markets , including frequent travel to Dubai and other global locations. Explore and promote opportunities in the AI and emerging technology segments as part of Cyfuture’s next growth phase. Required Skills: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field (preferably from a premier institute). Proven experience in enterprise or B2B sales leadership roles within IT, Cloud, or AI domains. Strong understanding of Cloud Services (AWS/Azure/GCP) , Data Center solutions , and AI-driven business models . Excellent communication, presentation, and executive negotiation skills. Dynamic, visionary, and able to lead teams across regions effectively. Willingness to travel as part of global business expansion initiatives.
