This role requires a strong leader who can mentor high-performing teams and influence enterprise buying decisions through expert solution-selling.Key Responsibilities:Drive revenue growth across key markets through strategic partnerships and account development.Develop and execute scalable go-to-market strategies for SaaS/Tech/F&B enterprise solutions.Build and manage long-term relationships with CXO-level executives and navigate complex sales cycles.Oversee proposal development, negotiation, closure, and strategic account expansion.Mentor and lead a high-performing Business Development team to achieve sales targets.Identify new market segments, partnerships, and enterprise opportunities to drive growth.Collaborate closely with Product, Tech, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to deliver customer value.Qualifications:10+ years of experience in B2B Sales/Business Development with a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets.8+ years of experience in SaaS, technology, or F&B enterprise sales with a deep understanding of B2B/SaaS sales cycles and CRM tools.Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and analytical skills with the ability to close large enterprise deals.Proven ability to lead and scale Sales/BD teams in high-growth environments.
