Senior Delivery Manager

With a global team of over 4,000 highly skilled developers, consultants, analysts and product owners, we engineer technology that redefines industries and shapes the way people live.About the role:As a Senior Delivery Manager, become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow, you will manage the day-to-day operations of Agile teams, facilitating SAFe Agile ceremonies and driving innovation through domain-driven development to refine products and applications in prepaid services and payments. You will coach teams on story points-based estimation, manage RAG (Red, Amber, Green) dashboards, and promote continuous improvement. Unlike the Delivery Manager, who oversees the overall engagement, you will focus on team-level execution, ensuring alignment with project goals and fostering strong clientinterfacing.Responsibilities:Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, etc.) using SAFe Agile frameworks to refine products and applicationsCoach teams on story points-based estimation, backlog grooming, and domain-driven development practicesDevelop and maintain RAG dashboards to track team progress, risks, and issues, ensuring transparencyDrive innovation by promoting Agile practices that enhance client solutions in prepaid services and paymentsRun workshops, brown bag sessions, and training to foster Agile principles and mindsetIdentify and address anti-patterns, ensuring healthy Agile practices within delivery teamsCollaborate with stakeholders to align on project goals, scope, and deliverables, fostering strong client relationshipsDrive technical discussions, leveraging your technical background to bridge gaps between technical and non-technical teamsAssess Agile maturity and develop tailored coaching plans for teams and individualsUse tools like Atlassian Jira/Confluence to track progress, manage workflows, and report team statusRequirements:3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile transformation environmentDeep expertise in SAFe Agile frameworks, agile ceremonies, story points-based estimation, and domain-driven developmentExperience developing and managing RAG dashboards for team performance and risk trackingTechnical background in software development, QA, or DevOps, with the ability to drive technical discussionsGood knowledge of Atlassian Jira/Confluence for workflow management and reportingAwareness of prepaid services or payments domain technologies (e.g., AWS, timeseries data, or payment systems)Strong understanding of the impact and interplay of systems to ensure cohesive team deliveryStrong client-interfacing, facilitation, and negotiation skillsExcellent leadership and coaching skills to guide teams and individualsAdvanced level of spoken and written EnglishWillingness to work in a hybrid model (3 days work-from-office, 2 days work-from-home in Pune)Early joiners preferred to accelerate project deliveryDesirable:Experience with timeseries databases (e.g., KDB/Q) or public cloud (AWS)Accredited Agile practitioner (e.g., SAFe Agilist, Certified ScrumMaster)Experience coaching distributed teams in prepaid services or payments domainsFamiliarity with modern software development trends and toolsWhat`s in it for you?Strong community: Work alongside top professionals in a friendly, open-door environmentGrowth focus: Take on large-scale projects with a global impact and expand your expertiseTailored learning: Boost your skills with internal events (meetups, conferences, workshops), Udemy access, language courses, and company-paid certificationsEndless opportunities: Explore diverse domains through internal mobility, finding the best fit to gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge technologiesCare: We've got you covered with company-paid medical insurance, mental health support, and financial & legal consultationsAbout us:At Ciklum, we are always exploring innovations, empowering each other to achieve more, and engineering solutions that matter.
