We help brands communicate with their customers in a highly personalized and scalable way.For more details, visit www.flockshop.ai What We Expect As a Senior Delivery Manager, you will lead the Delivery function and manage a team responsible for end-to-end execution of AI-driven content and software solutions for our fashion and retail clients. You will work closely with engineering, graphic design, product, and AI modeling teams to ensure smooth execution, strong coordination, and high-quality outcomes. You will not only drive projects to successful completion but also establish delivery processes, mentor team members, and build a culture of ownership, speed, and excellence. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership & Management - Lead, mentor, and manage the Delivery team to ensure high performance and accountability. - Set clear goals, conduct regular performance reviews, and support career development of team members. - Build and scale delivery processes, workflows, and SOPs. Project Delivery & Execution - Oversee end-to-end delivery of AI-powered solutions, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. - Define project scopes, goals, resource requirements, and timelines in collaboration with engineering, AI modelers, and design teams. - Monitor daily operations, delivery schedules, and workload distribution. Stakeholder Management - Serve as the primary escalation point for clients and internal teams. - Ensure clear communication and alignment across stakeholders including clients, engineering, and design teams. - Conduct review meetings with clients on progress, risks, and next steps. Process & Quality Ownership - Develop and enforce delivery standards, documentation practices, and quality control measures. - Identify delivery bottlenecks and implement improvement strategies. - Ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and customer expectations. Risk & Issue Management - Identify risks early and implement mitigation plans. - Drive resolution of blockers across cross-functional teams. - Technical & Industry Understanding - Maintain a strong understanding of AI avatar models, their capabilities, and their application in fashion and retail. - Work closely with product and engineering to translate client needs into technical requirements. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Fashion or related field. - 5+ years of experience in Delivery Management or Program Management, with at least 2 years in a lead/people management role. - Experience in SaaS, AI, fashion-tech, e-commerce, or retail tech industries preferred. - Strong understanding of AI technologies and how they integrate into digital products. - Proven track record of managing multiple projects and delivering them successfully at scale. - Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset. - Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools. - PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification is an advantage.
