Job Description Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Delivery Manager with 12 to 14 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SNOW Splunk and MS Power BI. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can efficiently manage project deliveries ensuring alignment with company goals and customer satisfaction. The position operates during day shifts and does not require travel. Responsibilities - Oversee the successful delivery of projects ensuring they meet the defined scope timeline and budget. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of project plans. - Utilize SNOW to manage and streamline service delivery processes enhancing operational efficiency. - Leverage Splunk for data analysis and monitoring providing actionable insights to improve project outcomes. - Employ MS Power BI to create comprehensive reports and dashboards facilitating informed decision-making. - Ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies fostering a culture of continuous improvement. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable project plans. - Monitor project progress and performance implementing corrective actions as necessary to achieve desired results. - Provide regular updates to senior management highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement. - Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment encouraging open communication and knowledge sharing. - Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project deliverables. - Drive innovation by exploring new tools and technologies that can enhance project delivery and efficiency. - Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality solutions that meet or exceed expectations. Qualifications - Possess strong expertise in SNOW enabling efficient service management and delivery. - Demonstrate proficiency in Splunk for effective data analysis and monitoring. - Exhibit advanced skills in MS Power BI for creating insightful reports and dashboards. - Have a solid understanding of project management principles and methodologies. - Showcase excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement. - Display a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making. - Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction and quality assurance.
