Role Lead - Cloud Product Sales Job Level/ Designation GM - Cloud Sales Function / Department Emerging Business, Cloud and SaaS -VIBS Location Mumbai/Bangalore/Delhi Job Purpose Own Revenue, Profitability & Order Book targets for Cloud -Colo Services and expand customer base on the aligned Products Lead Product sales specialist team towards scaling Cloud business The role focus is to drive revenues, create a comprehensive product suite of public, private and edge cloud in partnership with global cloud partners like AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google and private data center providers. Key Result Areas/Accountabilities Drive day-to-day product and revenue management. Rigorous sales and funnel governance to increase revenue market share. Actively participate in key strategic deals as a subject matter expert by providing solutions and commercial support. Accountability of launch of the portfolio inclusive of complete GTM plan (pricing, target segments, SLA's, Billing models, collaterals content etc.) Working with Global cloud providers AWS, Azure, Google and drive a strategy of integrating cloud Infrastructure as a service (IaaS) with Vi eco system and responsible Partner tier upgrades across all product partnerships Align and engage with Cloud partners to strengthen the Colocation & cloud portfolio of services and drive a larger market share. Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience Core competencies, knowledge and experienceDeep understanding of data centre services, cloud technologies & cloud products of AWS, Azure, Google, and other public cloud and data centre providers. Experience around managing Customer and channel partners for Technical and complex requirements around Cloud services Expertise with managing data centre and cloud products through their full life-cycle and the through a robust and rigorous Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) process. End-to-end proposition development experience including developing product concepts, business cases, delivering products through NPD cycles and as building robust Go-to-market plans. Strong understanding of overall cloud operating model and systems and process for data centre and cloud product lines. The role demands very strong influential and leadership skills to drive engagements with Global cloud partners and internal technology/ engineering teams. Must have technical / professional qualifications Professional qualifications (preferable): Engineering Graduate / MBA or equivalent Product Management certifications- Pragmatic Marketing/Blackbolt/Equivalent Mandatory Cloud Certifications on AWS, Azure, Google cloud and other cloud technologies. Years of Experience 15+ years Industries to look from Colocation and Data Centre providers, Cloud Providers (AWS, Google, Microsoft etc.) Ideal Organizations to look from Netmagic, Tata Communications, BT, Sify, Ctrl S, Airtel-Nxtra, Amazon, Google.
