International Tax and Transfer Pricing SpecialistOur organization is seeking a motivated Junior Transfer Pricing Analyst to join our team in the UAE.This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals interested in developing strong technical skills in international tax and transfer pricing. Comprehensive training will be provided, enabling individuals to excel in their careers.Key Responsibilities:Assist in preparing Transfer Pricing documentation in line with UAE CT law, OECD guidelines, and relevant regulations.Support benchmarking studies using global databases.Conduct financial and economic analyses for related-party transactions.Assist in preparing Local Files, Master Files, and Country-by-Country related deliverables.Research UAE Corporate Tax legislation and international tax/TP developments.Support in the preparation of client presentations, proposals, and reports.Work closely with seniors/managers to execute client engagements.Maintain accurate working papers and project documentation.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related field.0–2 years of experience in Transfer Pricing, tax, or financial analysis (freshers welcome).Strong analytical and numerical skills.Good communication and report-writing skills.Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Eagerness to learn and build expertise in Transfer Pricing.What We Offer:Structured training and continuous learning opportunities.Exposure to high-quality TP and international tax engagements.Growth in a leading tax advisory environment.Collaborative and supportive team culture.
