Job Overview:We are seeking a seasoned Transfer Pricing Analyst to lead our team in developing and executing comprehensive transfer pricing strategies.About the Role:The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of progressive experience in transfer pricing, international tax, or finance, with a deep understanding of global transfer pricing documentation requirements.They will be responsible for preparing and reviewing transfer pricing models and benchmarks, ensuring rigorous compliance with evolving international and local transfer pricing laws.Additionally, they will serve as a key advisor to senior management on complex transfer pricing matters, providing expert guidance on OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines and related regulations.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date transfer pricing documentation, including Master Files, Local Files, and Country-by-Country Reports.Prepare and review transfer pricing models and benchmarks to validate intercompany pricing arrangements.Ensure rigorous compliance with evolving international and local transfer pricing laws and regulations.Lead the drafting, review, and execution of intercompany agreements.Serve as a key advisor to senior management on complex transfer pricing matters, providing expert guidance on OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines and related regulations.Requirements:Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience in transfer pricing, international tax, or finance.Expert Knowledge: Deep, practical experience with global transfer pricing documentation requirements.Technical Proficiency: Extensive familiarity with OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines and related regulations.Skills: Strong analytical, financial modeling, and research skills.
