Electrical Protection Products Strategist

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Protection Products Strategist to drive procurement strategy across key product lines.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement procurement strategies for ACB, MCB, MCCB product lines aligned with business objectives.Evaluate cost optimization, quality compliance, and timely delivery of components and finished goods.Select suppliers for electrical protection products based on qualifications and negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms.Foster long-term partnerships with strategic suppliers to ensure reliability and innovation.Assess supply chain risks and develop strategies for mitigation.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate procurement with product development and manufacturing needs.Candidate Requirements8–12 years of experience in procurement of electrical products, preferably in ACB, MCB, MCCB categories.Strong negotiation and contract management skills.Knowledge of global sourcing practices and supplier development.Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and procurement analytics tools.Strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and decision-making under pressure.Excellent communication and leadership skills.Around 12 months contract period, full-time and hybrid mode, located in Bangalore.The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the electrical protection products market and be able to develop effective procurement strategies to drive business growth.
