Job Title: Tax Consultant_ Mergers   We are seeking a seasoned Tax Consultant - Mergers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in structuring mergers and acquisitions, as well as undertaking slump sales, share transfers, merger, demerger, and restructuring activities.   Key Responsibilities:   Structuring potential mergers and acquisition (M&A) deals to optimize tax implications.   Undertaking slump sales, share transfers, merger, demergers, and restructuring activities to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.   Providing tax diligence services to advise on tax implications for corporate clients involved in mergers and acquisitions.   Offering start-up, real estate, and e-commerce advisory services with a focus on industry insights.   Assisting with fund structuring and advisory services, including transaction advisory in relation to fund raises, shareholder realignments, and investor exits.   Delivering business model advisory services, handling negotiations with strategic investors, identifying economic constraints, and risk appetite from the perspective of strategic and private equity investors.   Developing family succession planning structures to ensure seamless transfer of ownership.   Requirements:   Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)   At least 2 years post-qualification experience in tax consultancy from top-tier firms (Big 6)   Solid understanding of direct taxation and mergers & acquisitions in diverse industries   Location: Bangalore
