System Engineer - SalesforceThis is an exciting opportunity to take on a key role within our organization as a System Engineer for Salesforce. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing and resolving data storage issues in Salesforce, designing and implementing integrations with internal and third-party systems, and developing and deploying Apex classes, Lightning Web Components, and Flows.Key Responsibilities:Analyze and rectify Salesforce data storage issues to maintain optimal data footprint and system performance.Design, implement, and maintain integrations with internal and external systems.Develop and deploy Apex classes, Lightning Web Components, and Flows with unit tests.Configure Salesforce objects, fields, validation rules, page layouts, and permission sets aligned with organizational data models.Manage UAT environments, coordinate cutovers, and troubleshoot deployment-related issues.Administer permission sets and ensure secure access across Salesforce modules.Collaborate with administrators, business analysts, QA teams, and product partners to gather requirements and document solutions.Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement.Requirements:3-5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce system engineering or development.Strong proficiency in Apex, Flow Builder, asynchronous processing, and Salesforce integration tools.Experience with data analysis using enterprise data warehouses or similar platforms.Solid understanding of Salesforce security, permission sets, and user provisioning.Preferred Qualifications:Salesforce Platform Developer I (PDI) certification.Practical experience with CI/CD and DevOps methodologies.Familiarity with event-driven patterns and platform limits/performance optimization.Experience supporting global user bases.Soft Skills & Communication:Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Strong organizational and attention-to-detail abilities.Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working across different time zones.Collaborative mindset with a willingness to support team objectives.
