The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Apex development, Flow automation, and third-party API integrations, ensuring seamless data exchange and process automation across systems.Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain custom solutions using Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, and REST/SOAP services.- Design and implement Salesforce Flows (record-triggered, scheduled, screen flows) for automation and process optimization.- Build and manage third-party API integrations using REST/SOAP, middleware tools, or direct Salesforce connect methods.- Customize and configure Salesforce objects, validation rules, page layouts, record types, and Lightning components.- Troubleshoot and optimize existing Apex code, integrations, and automation flows for performance and reliability.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Admins, Architects, QA, Business) to translate business requirements into technical solutions.- Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, governor limits, and secure coding standards.- Support deployments through version control, CI/CD pipelines, and sandbox testing.Skills & Qualifications- 3+ years of experience with Salesforce Development- Strong hands-on experience with Apex (Classes, Triggers, Batch, Future, REST APIs).- Proficiency in Salesforce Flows and declarative automation tools.- Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth, or middleware.- Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and Lightning framework.- Familiarity with version control (Git), DevOps processes, and testing frameworks.- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in an agile environment.Certifications:- Salesforce Platform Developer- Salesforce Platform App Builder- Salesforce Administrator- Salesforce Advanced Administrator
