Job Opportunity: Salesforce System EngineerWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Salesforce System Engineer. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys solving technical challenges, optimizing systems, and communicating clearly across global teams.Analyzing and resolving Salesforce data storage issues, such as large task or email records, audit log cleanup, to control data footprint and performance.Designing, implementing, and maintaining integrations with internal and third-party systems, like Pramata, DocuSign, Saviynt.Developing and deploying Apex (classes/triggers), Lightning Web Components, and Flows—with unit tests—for features such as lead routing and entitlement provisioning.Configuring Salesforce objects, fields, validation rules, page layouts, permission sets aligned to data & security models.Managing UAT environments, coordinating cutovers, and troubleshooting deployment issues; participating in code reviews and release management.Administering permission sets and ensuring secure access across Salesforce modules; following least-privilege practices.Collaborating with admins, BAs, QA, and product partners to gather requirements, document solutions, and run knowledge-transfer sessions.Monitoring system performance (errors, limits, automation health) and proactively identifying areas for improvement.Key Responsibilities:We're looking for a dedicated professional to take on this challenging role.
