Salary: $800 - $1,000 per month with growth opportunities.

Bolt Buy is a U.S.-focused e-commerce startup employing an innovative dropshipping model inspired by major platforms like Temu. As we continue to expand, we’re actively seeking a skilled E-Commerce SEO Specialist with a proven track record in the U.S. market to help us drive organic traffic, optimize site performance, and increase online visibility.
Job Description
In this role, you’ll be instrumental in developing and executing SEO strategies to enhance our website’s presence and drive traffic specifically within the U.S. market. Your responsibilities will include conducting thorough SEO audits, on-page and technical optimizations, keyword research, and managing link-building efforts tailored to increase organic traffic and conversions.
Key Responsibilities
Create and execute a data-driven SEO strategy focused on U.S. market growth and conversions.
Identify high-impact keywords tailored to our target market and conduct competitor analysis.
Improve key on-page elements, including meta tags, internal linking, images, and product descriptions, to ensure maximum visibility.
Implement and optimize elements like schema markup, page speed, mobile-friendliness, and site structure.
Develop a robust link-building strategy to boost domain authority and search engine ranking.
Track, analyze, and report on SEO KPIs using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and other industry-standard tools.
Coordinate with other departments to integrate SEO best practices into content creation and advertising efforts, especially on Google Ads.
Stay current on SEO trends and Google updates to maintain best practices for U.S.-targeted SEO.
Qualifications and Skills
3-5 years in SEO for e-commerce, with a strong focus on the U.S. market. Candidates without experience in the U.S. market will not be considered.
Proficiency in Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Google Analytics and Google Ads.
Skilled in keyword research, technical SEO, on-page optimization, and link-building.
Practical understanding of Google Ads and Google Merchant Center.
Strong data interpretation skills to provide actionable insights from SEO metrics.
Experience with Google Ads & Google Merchant Center, this includes optimizing ad content and managing Google Merchant feeds to enhance product reach and sales.
Self-Sufficiency, capability to handle all aspects of SEO independently, with minimal reliance on external agencies for link-building or ad support.
