We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an e-commerce Executive. The candidate ideally should have basic experience with Amazon Seller Central & Vendor Central platforms and must be fluent in both Arabic and English. They will play a key role in supporting Account managers with Amazon sellers and vendors, resolving issues, assist with optimising listings and ensuring smooth operations on the Amazon platform.


Mandatory Requirements:

  • Fluency in Arabic & English: Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English are mandatory.
  • Basic Amazon Experience: Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central platforms
  • Communication Skills: Ability to interact with sellers, vendors, and internal teams effectively, ensuring clear and professional communication in both languages.

Fundamental knowledge on (preferred):

  • Account Management: Support Amazon sellers and vendors using Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central platforms. Assist with account setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Product Listings & Optimization: Assist in creation, optimization and manage product listings, ensuring they comply with Amazon's policies and guidelines.
  • Order Management: Assist in processing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any fulfillment or order-related issues.
  • Customer Support: Assist with seller/vendor inquiries in both Arabic and English, providing timely and effective solutions to product and order-related issues.
  • Performance Monitoring: Assist with monitoring account health metrics (such as performance score, account health, etc.) and ensure compliance with Amazon’s policies and best practices.
  • Problem Resolution: Assist in identifying and resolve issues related to Amazon seller/vendor accounts, including payment problems, listing suppression and other operational issues.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in e-commerce, particularly on Amazon Seller or Vendor platforms.
  • Knowledge of Amazon’s policies and best practices.
  • Understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and product listing optimization.
