Technical Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Technical Operations Lead to oversee and guide our team of technical professionals in a dynamic production environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Linux system administration, incident management, production deployments, and cross-functional coordination.The Technical Operations Lead is responsible for leading and mentoring a team of technical operations engineers. They will guide the team in handling critical situations and high-severity incidents, manage and resolve L2/L3 technical issues, and handle customer escalations.The successful candidate will have 8-12 years of experience in technical operations or system administration, with proven experience in leading and managing technical teams.
