We foster learning and growth, encouraging new challenges and skill development.We work hard and have fun, celebrating successes together.Role: Team Lead, MSP Admin/Program coordinatorResponsibilities:Meet established schedules or resolve technical issues.Support and collaborate with partners and clients.Coordinate employee onboarding activities.Assess quality of work according to established metrics.Identify areas for process improvement.Act as first point of contact for escalations.Collaborate on special projects.Communicate process/project plans and timelines.Regularly monitor and motivate team performance.Maintain process documentation and assist manager with reporting.Ensure compliance and SLA/KPI tracking.Requirements:Strong customer focus and customer service skills.Four years experience in staffing or MSP account management.Experience managing a team of twenty members and excellent stakeholder management.Familiarity with vendor management systems and payroll tools.Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.Ability to analyze complex issues and develop recommended actions.Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach.Possess strong interpersonal skills and ability to explain logical conclusions from operational data.Track record of high achievement and demonstrated success working on teams.Superior consulting, leadership, management, and mentoring skills.Ability to take direction and execute a plan.Must be detail-oriented with a concern for quality.What we offer:A collaborative hybrid work environment.Exposure to top-tier US clients and varied industries.
