Job OverviewWe are seeking a seasoned ServiceNow Technical Lead to oversee our team of professionals. This individual will be responsible for managing incoming work, assigning tasks, and serving as the primary point of contact for customers.Prioritize and manage incoming ServiceNow-related tasks ensuring timely delivery.Allocate tasks to team members based on skillsets, workload, and project requirements.Act as the primary liaison with customers gathering and clarifying requirements providing updates on project progress and ensuring customer satisfaction.This position requires a blend of technical expertise leadership skills and customer-facing communication to deliver high-quality solutions on the ServiceNow platform.RequirementsFamiliarity with ITIL processes knowledge of JavaScript HTML CSS and REST/SOAP APIs is preferred.Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools such as Jira or ServiceNow Agile Development are also preferred.A bachelor's degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent experience) is required along with 5+ years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform and 2+ years in a leadership or team lead role.BenefitsThe successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop their skills and expertise within a dynamic team environment.This role offers a challenging and rewarding career path for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional service and support.
