Job Brief:We are looking for a young vibrant BDO to work with our Sales and Marketing team to develop and execute a healthy lead generation program, driving qualified leads into the sales pipeline. The candidate will be responsible to generate leads and arrange meetings for sales teams through multi-channel outreach.Responsibilities:Generate new leads using cold calling, email marketing, social media, and other relevant marketing channelsShould be able to convert cold calls to new business leadsShould be able to perform research about the target market during lead generation activitiesFollow-up on inbound organic and inorganic leads from lead generation pages/campaigns.Develop and execute strategies to expand inbound lead/demand generationShould be comfortable using the social media tools like LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, etc. for lead generationShould be proficient in communicating professionally with potential customers on the phone, email, phone conferencing, and in-person to learn about their business needs and build a productive business relationship.Should be proactive in identifying opportunities for new business leads.Desired Candidate ProfileShould have a minimum of years B2B sales experience especially in the Steel, Aluminum, Glass, and Facades industry.Proven track record of growing business and exceeding revenue targets.Bachelor's Degree or MBA (Marketing) is a plusExcellent oral and written communication skills in English/Hindi/MalayalamGood knowledge of digital marketing tools available in the industryWilling to work anywhere in KeralaThe candidate should be confident, able to navigate and convince the decision-makers, performance-oriented, and flexible at workShould have a valid driving licensePerks and BenefitsSalary Rs 2.1 LPA - 3.6 LPA (Fixed + Variable) based upon the performance and experience. Also, salary is not a constraint for the right candidate
