Their main goal is to drive enrollments or subscriptions while ensuring customers understand the value of the educational offerings.Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation: Identify potential students, schools, colleges, or corporates who may benefit from the platform or courses.Counselling & Consultation: Understand the needs of the prospect and recommend the right online courses, programs, or solutions.Sales & Conversion: Close enrollments or subscriptions, achieving set sales targets.Follow-ups: Maintain communication with prospects to convert them into paying customers.CRM Management: Keep track of interactions, leads, and sales activities in a Customer Relationship Management system.Collaboration: Work with marketing and operations teams to improve lead quality and optimize the sales process.Skills & Qualities:Excellent communication and persuasion skills.Knowledge of digital marketing is a plus.Target-oriented and motivated.Ability to build trust and guide prospects toward a decision.Who They Sell To:Students looking to upskill or learn new skills online.Colleges, universities, or schools looking for digital learning solutions.Corporates seeking training programs for employees.In short, an EdTech Sales Executive is like a bridge between the educational product and the learner or institution, helping both sides get value.
