Demand Generation Specialist

• Ideal Customer Engagement:
Identify the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), engage with prospects through calls, emails, or LinkedIn, and convert them into qualified leads, ensuring a demo is scheduled.
• Lead Generation:
Implement and manage demand generation campaigns to attract qualified leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
• Marketing Analytics:
Track and analyze campaign performance, providing data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies and improve ROI.
• Marketing Automation:
Set up, manage, and optimize marketing automation workflows using tools to nurture leads, manage email campaigns, and enhance overall customer engagement.
• Sales Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales team to align demand generation efforts with sales goals, ensuring a seamless lead handoff and improving conversion rates.
• Communication:
Develop and execute effective communication strategies that resonate with target audiences, driving interest in HireHunch’s services and building a strong brand presence
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in lead generation and sales alignment to support business growth.
• Strong skills in marketing analytics and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools like HubSpot, Marketo, or similar platforms.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective messaging and internal collaboration.
• Familiarity with demand generation strategies across various digital marketing channels (email, social media, content marketing, PPC, etc.).
• Ability to analyze data, derive insights, and continuously improve strategies based on performance metrics.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in lead generation and sales alignment to support business growth.
