B2B SaaS Demand Generation Specialist

Our ideal candidate is a self-motivated individual that is strategic, yet still loves to get their hands dirty. You will be highly organized with a focus on paid channel updates. This is an incredible opportunity for a self-starter to work in an exciting high-growth environment in Canada's fastest-growing sleep company.
The Demand Generation Manager will establish and implement digital strategies to drive revenue and grow business. The ideal candidate will be the inbound lead generation expert, helping identify trends, evolving best practices, and new technologies/tools for all digital efforts that drive engagement and ROI.
Complete ownership from driving new visitor traffic to monthly inbound lead generation.
Own the planning, execution, and optimization of demand generation campaigns to hit marketing pipeline and revenue goals.
Build and execute demand generation programs through multiple channels (Organic, Paid, Social, Email, etc.) but primarily focused on Paid channels.
Refine marketing attribution models and continually analyze marketing campaigns and channels to determine which efforts to adjust and scale.
Develop and maintain regular reporting on campaign performance and marketing pipeline.
Partner closely with sales to prioritize programs, optimize sales outreach, and collect campaign feedback to improve ongoing performance.
Develop a deep understanding of the buyer journey, including funnel metrics, lead scoring, personas, audience development, and lifecycle marketing strategies.
Manage marketing automation strategies within HubSpot, including lead nurturing, lead scoring, and email marketing campaigns.
Troubleshoot and resolve CRM issues, collaborating with internal teams and platform support as necessary.
ABM: Design & execute 1:1, 1: few, and broad-based marketing initiatives to meet pipeline requirements of varied account segments.
Responsibilities
Create and implement an Inbound Lead Generation strategy to drive awareness, traffic, leads, and conversions.
Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, Marketing Database, Email, and display advertising campaigns.
Plan, set up, execute and optimize the demand generation programs to generate new leads and increase pipeline velocity through organic and paid marketing campaigns.
Experiment, design, and develop marketing campaign strategies and drive execution of global campaigns in conjunction with Product Marketing and Inside Sales Teams.
Setting up attribution models and multi-channel tracking.
Create, maintain, and optimize campaigns, ad copies, landing pages, A/B testing, and budgeting.
Manage third parties effectively, such as digital agencies and service providers.
Develop a robust performance reporting framework, analytics, and ROI tracking for our mobile app and digital channels to optimize and improve our marketing investments continually.
Develop outbound and account-based campaigns that complement inbound campaign strategy.
Requirements
A minimum of 5 years of relevant performance marketing experience, with hands-on experience in ABM, PPC, Programmatic, LinkedIn, Facebook, Email and HubSpot marketing with proven results.
Strong data-driven orientation and analytical mindset with a focus on ROI.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment from 7:30 PM-3:30 AM IST.
Experience generating website traffic and Qualified Leads with multi-channel & testing approach.
Individual Contributor (IC) Role: Dive deep into hands-on campaign creation, optimization, and execution as an IC when required.
A proven track record of leading multi-channel campaigns with success, collaborating with stakeholders and finding opportunities to strategically uplevel marketing efforts.
