JOB SUMMARY We are looking for a social media strategist who can think, plan, and write high-converting scripts for reels, shorts, ads, and creative content to promote Maalde application across all digital platforms. ⭐ 2. JOB DESCRIPTION Your primary responsibility is to create content strategies + write scripts for reels, videos, and social posts that promote MAALDE ethnic wear collections, offers, value proposition, and brand story. Specifically targeting retailers and resellers such as saree shop owners, boutique owners, fashion resellers, and live sellers. ⭐ 3. KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES A. Content Strategy (Primary Role) Plan monthly social media content calendar. Identify trending audio, reel formats, and ethnic wear content ideas. Create strategies to reach ethnic-wear retailers across India. B. Script Writing (Core Skill) Write scripts for: Instagram Reels YouTube Shorts Facebook videos UGC-style videos Create storytelling angles that appeal to women’s ethnic-wear retailers. C. Market Understanding Know retailer pain points—pricing, margin, quality, sourcing. Develop content that solves retailer problems and builds trust. D. Brand Promotion Create content that highlights: Why retailers should download maalde.app Our collections App features Wholesale pricing benefits Daily deals Fast delivery & ready stock E. Social Media Management Plan social media posting schedules. Collaborate with designers/video editors. F. Research & Ideation Find viral content ideas. Study retailer buying behavior. ⭐ 4. REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS Must-Have Skills Strong scriptwriting for short-form videos Video editing and shooting Experience 1–5 years in content strategy / social media / scriptwriting Experience with fashion/apparel/e-commerce brand is a bonus.
