Role: We are looking for a world-class Social Media Manager with a strong background in copywriting and team management to join our team. If you’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves crafting impactful content, and excels at keeping everything on track, this could be the perfect fit You’ll lead our creative team, ensuring that all content aligns with our brand and is delivered on schedule. You’ll also bring your copywriting A-game to create captions and posts that drive engagement and results. About Us: We are a high-performing, systems-driven team dedicated to delivering top-notch social media content. We’ve built robust processes and SOPs to ensure success, and we’re looking for someone who can align with this vision while bringing their leadership and expertise to the table. Position Information: WE ARE HIRING ONLY INDIA BASED CANDIDATES (with a strong hold in English and Hindi both) Remote Job – Work from wherever you like Flexible Hours – Set your schedule, but remain available for urgent tasks, even on weekends. Part-Time or Full-Time – Expect to work 30–40 hours per week. Pay – Upto Rs 50,000 per month with an additional bonus structure based on monthly performance. Scope to increase this depending on what you bring to the table. Responsibilities: Copywriting Excellence : Craft engaging captions, posts, and other social media content that drive results. Creative Team Leadership : Oversee and guide the creative team, ensuring content quality and adherence to brand guidelines. Content Calendar Management : Strictly follow the content calendar while remaining flexible for last-minute dynamic updates. Weekend Flexibility : Be available for urgent tasks or dynamic posts on weekends, as needed. Requirements: Copywriting Expertise : You know how to write content that resonates and converts. Leadership Skills : Experience leading a creative team and ensuring smooth collaboration. Highly Disciplined : Ability to follow established systems, processes, and SOPs. Proactive and Solution-Oriented : Take initiative to solve problems and bring fresh ideas. Social Media Savvy : Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends. Reliable Communication : Quick to respond and always meet deadlines. Adaptable : Comfortable working in a high-stakes, fast-paced environment.
