Job Title: Social Media ManagerExperience: 2–3 YearsDepartment: Social Media & ContentAbout the Role:We're looking for a creative, data-driven, and trend-savvy Social Media Manager to be a part ofour social media & content team to build our brand's presence across social platforms. You'll beresponsible for planning and executing engaging content, collaborating with influencers, andanalyzing performance to drive growth and engagement.Key Responsibilities:1. Strategy & Planning● Work with the team to develop and execute monthly social media strategies aligned withbrand and business goals.● Build and maintain a monthly social media calendar covering campaigns, daily posts,stories, reels, and key moments.● Identify and leverage social trends, cultural moments, and emerging content formats tokeep the brand relevant and engaging.2. Content & Creative Ideation● Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to ideate and execute high-impactsocial media content static, video, and interactive.● Conceptualize and plan shoots (photo/video) from brief creation to execution and finaldelivery.● Ensure consistent brand voice, aesthetics, and tone across all digital platforms.3. Influencer Collaborations● Identify, evaluate, and collaborate with influencers, creators, and brand advocates.● Manage influencer outreach, negotiation, and campaign coordination.4. Community Management● Oversee day-to-day management of all social channels (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube,LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.).● Engage with followers, respond to queries, and manage brand conversations in a timelyand authentic manner.● Monitor sentiment, competitor activity, and audience insights.5. Performance & Reporting● Track, analyze, and report monthly social media performance using analytics tools (MetaInsights, YouTube Studio, etc.).● Generate actionable insights to improve content effectiveness and audienceengagement.Mandatory Requirements:● 2–3 years of hands-on experience managing social media for brands or agencies.● Strong understanding of content strategy, platform algorithms, and audiencebehavior.● Proven experience in social media ideation, campaign execution, and trendspotting.● Prior experience working with influencers and managing collaborations.● Understanding and experience of shoot production , from planning to execution.● Proficiency in using social media analytics and scheduling tools (e.g., Meta BusinessSuite, Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Google Analytics).● Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and visual communication skills.● Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple projects.Good to Have:● Experience in lifestyle, interior design, or creative industry verticals.● Basic understanding of paid social campaigns and ad performance metrics.● Familiarity with design or video tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut,VN, Inshot)
