Role: Social Media Marketing Lead Location: Mumbai Experience: 5+ years Type: Full-time Why This Role is Special This isn’t just “manage our Instagram.” This is your chance to build the voice, influence, and online presence of a high-growth real estate tech brand—from strategy to execution. You will: • Lead our multi-platform social presence (IG, FB, LinkedIn, YouTube, GMB) • Build narratives that influence buyers, sellers, brokers & developers • Work with creators, editors, agents & influencers • Shape how a new category in proptech communicates visually and emotionally • Have full creative freedom to experiment, scale, and lead campaigns that actually matter If you love owning outcomes, experimenting boldly, and seeing your ideas move metrics—Propkee is the place. What You Will Do 1. Own the Social Media Strategy • Build and execute social media strategies aligned with brand, growth, and business objectives • Manage platform growth across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn & more 2. Create Content People Actually Want to Watch • Partner with designers, videographers, and editors to create high-impact content • Drive video-first storytelling that educates, inspires, and builds trust • Identify viral formats, experiment with creative hooks, and lead content innovation 3. Drive Engagement & Community Growth • Interact with buyers, sellers, brokers, developers, and influencers • Build a highly engaged, loyal community around real estate discovery • Run live virtual tours, Q&As, polls, behind-the-scenes stories, and expert interactions 4. Analyze, Optimize, Scale • Track performance metrics, engagement data & audience insights • Conduct competitor and trend analysis • Continuously refine strategies to maximize reach, quality leads, and ROI 5. Amplify Social Proof & Credibility • Showcase real stories, wins, testimonials & verified listings • Craft narratives that strengthen trust in the Propkee platform What We're Looking For • 5+ years of experience in Social Media Marketing • Prior experience in real estate, startups, brands, or digital agencies is a strong plus • Deep expertise across major social platforms (IG, FB, LinkedIn, YouTube) • Hands-on experience with analytics, insights & scheduling tools (Meta Business Suite, Buffer, etc.) • A creator-first mindset with strong understanding of current trends • Someone who moves fast, thinks proactively, and wants ownership—not tasks If You Are… • A creative who lives and breathes social media • A strategist who loves data • A storyteller who understands human behavior • A leader who wants to build something iconic • A doer who doesn't wait for approvals to make great work happen …then you’re exactly who we want.
