We are looking for proactive and detail-oriented Lead Generation Specialists to help us drive growth by identifying and nurturing potential clients. Responsibilities
• Prospect Research & Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through online research, social media, and various lead databases.
• Data Management: Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate, detailed information about leads.
• Outbound Outreach: Initiate contact with prospective clients via email, LinkedIn, Apollo and other such platforms to campaign and generate interest in our SaaS offerings.
• Nurture Relationships: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with potential clients until they are ready for further engagement.
• Product Knowledge: Gain understanding of FieldEZ product offerings, use-cases and benefits, and be able to meaningfully interact with potential clients to generate awareness and interest.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze lead generation metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless handoff of leads and align strategies.
• Market Insights: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and target customer needs to refine the lead generation process.
Qualifications
• Experience: 2-4 years of experience in lead generation or a similar role in the B2B SaaS sector.
• CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRM systems to manage the lead funnel.
• Research Skills: Ability to efficiently research and identify potential leads based on defined target market criteria.
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to craft effective outreach messages.
• Analytical Mindset: Ability to track, measure, and optimize lead generation efforts based on data insights.
• Self-Motivated: A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with lead generation tools, email marketing platforms, social media outreach, and relevant automation tools.
• International Exposure: Please apply only if you have prior experience of lead generation in international markets esp. South East Asia and GCC.
