Join Trip Gain to be part of a dynamic team revolutionizing the business travel experience Job Summary: As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads through various channels, Linked In outreach, email marketing, and attending industry events. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure that qualified leads are passed along for further engagement, ultimately driving the growth of the business. Roles and Responsibilities: Lead Generation via Cold Calling and Linked In: Proactively generate qualified leads through cold calling and Linked In outreach using Linked In Sales Navigator and other relevant platforms. Identify and Strategize Lead Sources: Research and identify new sources for generating leads and implement strategies to find qualified prospects. Email Marketing & Follow-up: Send targeted marketing emails, follow-up emails, and ensure proper lead nurturing. Attend Exhibitions and Tradeshows: Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and tradeshows to generate new leads and expand the company’s network. Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads and contribute insights for improving lead conversion rates. Database Management: Maintain and manage CRM databases to ensure all leads are accurately tracked, segmented, and nurtured. Required Skills and Professional Expertise Proven experience in lead generation, particularly in the Saa S, software, or ERP industry. Proficiency in Linked In, Sales Navigator, and email marketing tools. Strong communication skills—both spoken and written, with the ability to engage prospects effectively. Solid experience in market research, database management, and lead qualification processes. Strong collaborative skills to work closely with the sales team to align on lead qualification criteria and sales strategies. Knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot) Preferred Qualifications: Experience selling Saa S, Software, or ERP solutions to businesses.
