As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in developing and executing marketing plans, managing digital campaigns, and ensuring a strong online presence for our brand. Your efforts will directly contribute to lead generation, brand visibility, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy and Planning
- Develop and implement marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Optimize website and content to improve search engine rankings.
- Monitor and analyze SEO metrics to enhance performance.
Digital Marketing
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, social media, and email marketing.
- Analyze campaign performance and ROI, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Lead Generation
- Develop and manage strategies to generate high-quality leads.
- Track and analyze lead conversion metrics to optimize the sales funnel.
Social Media Management
- Create, schedule, and manage engaging content across social media platforms.
- Monitor trends, audience engagement, and growth metrics to refine strategies.
Content Creation
- Collaborate with teams to produce high-quality marketing content, including blogs, newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with the target audience.
Analytics and Reporting
- Use tools like Google Analytics and CRM systems to track marketing performance.
- Prepare and present reports on campaign effectiveness and KPIs to the management team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing and lead generation.
- Proven experience with SEO, Google Ads, and social media management.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp).
- Knowledge of the digital signage or technology industry is a plus.
