Help Desk Analyst Job DescriptionAs a Help Desk Analyst, you will provide first-level technical assistance to users via phone, email, chat, or ticketing system. You will be the primary point of contact for incident and service request management.Key responsibilities include:Providing timely and effective resolution to user incidents and requests;Monitoring tools to diagnose and resolve issues in a timely manner;Logging all incidents, service requests, and actions in the IT Service Management (ITSM) system;Tracking and following up on open tickets until resolution and closure;Maintaining accurate documentation of incidents, troubleshooting steps, and known errors;Qualifications and Skills:Excellent communication and customer service skills;Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills;Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously;Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills;High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation;Ability to learn and grow in IT infrastructure and service management;Vocational Training or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field;Proficiency in Jira Service Desk or similar ticketing tool is an asset;Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
