Roles and Responsibilities: The job encompasses but is not limited to the following Roles and Responsibilities:
➢ Maintain accurate and reliable service spare parts inventory
➢ Ensuring appropriate and professional communication with customers, customer representatives, contractors, May estimate and propose routine or semi-complex projects
➢ Ensuring all required documentation is completed in proper format and by due dates- this includes items such as Timesheets, Work Orders, Follow Ups, Daily Logs, P-card, expenses, Ensuring proper filing/storage of engineering documentation- drawings, version history, scope documents, RFI's
➢ Call Closure ‐Using our computerized system, a FSE is responsible for closing service calls at time of completion
➢ Drives a sense of urgency to ensure customer needs are addressed promptly and with an emphasis on a “first time fix”
➢ Assisting customers through testing-house, utility, , certification process ➢ The job requires working individually relative to programming, debugging and integration responsibilities, working in a team environment
➢ Analytical minded with ability to work as a team player
➢ Submit timely documentation of service activities and expenses
➢ Work closely with sales and field application specialists to ensure customer expectations are being met
➢ Take care of all the laid out Safety measures internally and externally and adhere to customer instructions
➢ Ensure that the work output adheres to quality requirements and required timelines
➢ Prepare all necessary documentation after the service project and send it to the customer in time
➢ Minimize cost and time of the projects
QUALIFICATION
B.E./B. Tech. Mechanical Engineering
Technical
➢ Good knowledge of installing & troubleshooting the Moulding machines
➢ Good knowledge of taking care of Moulding issues
➢ Knowledge of MS office suite of applications
➢ Knowledge of Service ticketing software Behavioral
➢ Excellent interpersonal, communication & presentation skills
➢ Customer focused and Adept in Customer interfacing skills, able to establish relations with the Internal and external stakeholders
➢ Strong planning & organizing skills
➢ Highly motivated, driven and result oriented
➢ The position is expected to work in shop floor under varying temperature conditions, noise levels, odor & air quality.
➢ Being a Field Service Engineer, the role requires extensive travel as per the requirements of the Customer
➢ The role also requires support extension on all days of the week as per the requirements of the Custome
