Roles and Responsibilities:
The job encompasses but is not limited to the following Roles and Responsibilities:
➢ Responsible for making the marketing plan, annual marketing budget and execution of the marketing plan based on the objective.
➢ Take full responsibility for the planning and coordination of the company stall at industrial exhibitions and other marketing activities, ensuring that proper company branding is maintained, and business objective is achieved.
➢ Responsible for co-ordination with global marketing and corporate communication teams for implementing the marketing and communication strategy.
➢ Responsible for local digital and social media marketing also
➢ Responsible for implementing locally the Brand guidelines.
➢ Work closely with the Global corporate communication and local business.
➢ Evaluate and report the marketing initiatives/investments ROI
➢ Work closely with Industry bodies and associations to increase Staubli visibility and brand awareness in line with business strategy.
➢ Should be able to effectively co-ordinate with different Departments like Finance, Sales etc.
➢ Well versed in any CRM software to extract reports and lifecycle management.
➢ Should be able to handle exhibit inventory and showroom management.
IT competencies:
➢ Excellent proficiency in MS office suite of applications particularly Excel & PowerPoint
➢ CRM usage for lead and opportunity management
Behavioral competencies:
➢ Strong strategic and conceptual skills
➢ Strong communication and presentation skills
➢ Hands on experience with excellent planning and organizing skills.
➢ Strong business ethics including ability to appropriately handle confidential information.
➢ Strong team player & multitasker
