Position - Entry-Level Sales/Relationship Manager

 

Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry-Level Sales/Relationship Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for sales and relationship management who are looking to start/grow their career in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:


A. Lead Generation:

  • Identify and generate new sales leads through various channels, including online research, networking, and referrals.
  • Working on outreach to SMEs, Investment Bankers & Financial Investors (domestic & international) using DBs, email and LinkedIn (data mining)


B. Client Relationship Management:

  • Making introductory calls to potential B2B customers (CXOs)
  • Convert into paying customers (registering them and getting their M&A deals posted online with us)
  • Maintaining MIS of all calls/emails ensuring daily/weekly targets are met
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional service.
  • Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing queries and resolving issues promptly.


 Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience: 0-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related role.


Skills

  • Strong sales, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of sales techniques and customer relationship management.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.


Remuneration :

  • 0 -1 year work ex - Rs. 16,000 p.m + 5% sales commision (of revenue billed by candidate)
  • 1-2 years work ex - Rs. 20,000 p.m + 5% sales commision (of revenue billed by candidate)
