Drive Growth with User AcquisitionAs a Program Manager, you will spearhead user acquisition initiatives by optimizing existing channels and exploring new growth vectors. Your focus will be on relevant user acquisition for web and app platforms in the US market across Math, Language, and Music categories.Key responsibilities include researching and testing new user acquisition channels, running pilot programs with defined metrics, recommending channels to scale or drop based on data, auditing and improving pay-per-click, search engine optimization, social media, and affiliate funnels, driving ongoing conversion rate optimization for landing pages and key flows, partnering with marketing/product teams to boost efficiency and lifetime value/customer acquisition cost, maintaining a prioritized A/B testing pipeline across channels and funnels, executing experiments using testing tools, documenting hypotheses, results, and insights, owning tracking setup and data accuracy, building dashboards and delivering regular KPI reports (customer acquisition cost, lifetime value, conversions), analyzing data to uncover growth opportunities and bottlenecks.Ambitious individual with 0-2 years of experience who is passionate about identifying and scaling new opportunitiesStrong analytical skills and ability to communicate complex data insights clearly to non-technical stakeholdersFamiliarity with SQL, basic HTML/CSS, or specific channel management tools is a plusQualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a highly analytical field; strong foundational knowledge of setting up, reading, and troubleshooting web analytics; comfort with spreadsheet analysis and basic statistical concepts related to A/B testing; highly curious mindset; relentless desire to test and learn; strong sense of ownership.
