Seeking an accomplished Business Insights Expert to contribute to strategic planning, data-driven decision-making and executive reporting. This role will entail financial analysis, data analytics and preparation of management and board-level materials. The ideal candidate will possess strong quantitative skills, excellent business acumen and the ability to distill complex data into actionable insights.The successful applicant will be responsible for conducting detailed variance analysis to identify key drivers of performance deviations, performing margin analysis including evaluating discounts, cost increases and other factors impacting profitability, supporting cash flow forecasting through analysis of revenue trends, expenses and working capital, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to validate financial assumptions and ensure reporting accuracy.The position also involves analyzing product take rates and tracking changes over time to identify customer and market trends, evaluating sample kit repeat purchase rates and second-order subscription rates to support retention and growth strategies, conducting NPS (Net Promoter Score) analysis at the SKU level to assess customer satisfaction at a product level, and coordinating with the KPI/Analytics team to align methodologies, data sources and reporting standards.The expert will prepare graphs, charts, dashboards and visual presentations for board decks and monthly executive meetings, summarize key KPIs, trends and insights into clear and engaging formats for leadership, and ensure consistency, accuracy and clarity across all reporting materials.The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics or related field, with a preference for candidates from premium institutions in India. MBA or advanced degree in Finance/Analytics is a strong advantage.
